Overview
Kettler's West Village of Shirlington development is a comprehensive rehabilitation of 528 existing rental apartments and townhomes, and conversion to for-sale condominiums with numerous high-quality amenities. Through its market assessment and involvement in the Arlington community, Kettler identified a critical scarcity of reasonably priced homes in and around Arlington. The West Village of Shirlington redevelopment was designed to help alleviate the shortage and facilitate a higher quality of life for first time homebuyers and, further, to catalyze revitalization of the greater Shirlington area.
